Klassen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler in den 4. Klassen verlassen bald die Grundschule Powe und besuchen dann ganz verschiedene weiterf\u00fchrende Schulen. Schon jetzt ist die Aufregung zu sp\u00fcren. Es werden Schnuppertage besucht und Probeunterrichtstage wahrgenommen. Das sind herausfordernde Zeiten.<br \/>\nGut, wenn man sich dann der eigenen St\u00e4rken bewusst ist, um sich behaupten zu k\u00f6nnen in einer neuen &#8211; und erst einmal fremden -Umgebung.<br \/>\nDaf\u00fcr trainierten die langj\u00e4hrig erfahrenen Karatetrainer, Melanie Wei\u00df (mit den M\u00e4dchen) und Christoph Wei\u00df (mit den Jungen) am 09.03. und am 16.03.2026.<br \/>\nWas kann ich machen, wenn mir alles zu viel wird? Wie kann ich handeln, wenn eine Situation doch mal brenzlig wird? Wie kann ich anderen helfen, wenn ich sehe, dass sie in Not sind? Diese und andere Fragen wurden beantwortet und m\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sungswege mit einer gro\u00dfen Portion Spa\u00df ge\u00fcbt&#8230;Und dabei wurden sogar St\u00e4rken neu entdeckt!<br \/>\nWir
