kommunikativen Englischunterricht<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Englischunterricht ist Fremdsprachenunterricht und unterscheidet sich damit grundlegend vom bilingualen Sachfachunterricht, der an den Curricula der jeweiligen Sachf\u00e4cher orientiert ist. Im Englischunterricht geht es vor allem um die Erweiterung der funktionalen kommunikativen Kompetenzen der Lerner. Das Inhaltliche ist nicht unbedeutend, denn sprachliches und methodisches Lernen sind ohne Inhalt nicht m\u00f6glich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Eine gute Englischstunde zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das inhaltliche Anliegen klein und bedeutsam gestaltet und Kommunikation konkret an das Inhaltliche angebunden wird. In jeder Stunde sollten auch konkrete Lernzuw\u00e4chse im Bereich der sprachlichen Mittel erreicht werden. Dazu geh\u00f6ren der Wortschatz, die Grammatik, die Aussprache und Intonation sowie die Orthographie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Das Inhaltliche ergibt sich aus der anzustrebenden Erweiterung der interkulturellen Kompetenzen der Lerner. Dazu geh\u00f6ren das Orientierungswissen \u00fcber andere Kulturen, der Umgang mit kultureller Differenz sowie die praktische Bew\u00e4ltigung von Begegnungssituationen. Damit ist klar, dass Inhaltliches nicht umfassend gekl\u00e4rt, sondern immer nur exemplarisch behandelt werden kann. Die Lernenden sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, sich im internationalen Raum mit anderen Menschen, die der englischen Sprache m\u00e4chtig sind, \u00fcber ein Thema zu verst\u00e4ndigen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif\">Der Englischlehrer fungiert dabei als <i>learning facilitator<\/i>. Seine Aufgabe ist es, die Lernenden im Laufe der Zeit zur Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit zu f\u00fchren. Dabei m\u00fcssen die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler Lernstrategien und Arbeitstechniken kennen lernen.
